Welcome back to school for the 2010-2011 school year. I hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable summer!!

I look forward to see the returning students as well as meeting new students.

REMINDER!

Effective January 1, 2010 using a hand held cellphone while driving is prohibited.  As a new driver you are prohibited from using a hand held cellphone as well as a hands free device. Experienced Drivers are allowed to use a hands free device.  

 Driving while using a cellphone is a $280.00 fine.

Please be aware of school buses with their school bus safety lights and stop arms in operation. When a school bus is loading or unloading they have to by law, have their safety lights flashing and the STOP arms out.   

Passing a school bus with it's safety lights in operation is a $360.00 fine.

If you have any other questions on fines, tickets or driving, please ask. No question is too little. The more you know, the safer a driver you will be!!
